What this site collects

This site has no account, no newsletter and no form that sends data to us: the contact buttons open your email app or WhatsApp. We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you search for dates, the dates and the number of guests are sent to our server and to the Hostaway booking engine to show which homes are free and the price. We do not store them.

When you write to us

If you write by email or WhatsApp (a service of WhatsApp Ireland, part of Meta), we use your name, contact details and message to answer you and, if you book, to organise your stay. We keep them as long as needed for this and for the periods required by law.

When you book

Bookings and payments are completed on our booking website run by Hostaway, with payments processed by Stripe. The data you enter there is used to confirm and manage your booking, to issue receipts and, as Italian law requires, to register every guest with the police before arrival and to apply the city tax.

Content from other providers

Some parts of the pages are loaded from other providers, who receive your IP address in order to send them: fonts from Google Fonts, the map from OpenStreetMap, the calendar from Hostaway, icons and code libraries from jsDelivr and cdnjs. They are used only to display the page.

Some of these providers, and Cloudflare, may process data outside the European Union, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies to track or profile you, so it asks for no consent. Our booking website may use the technical cookies it needs to complete a booking.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to booking@hostalia.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Il sito non ha account, newsletter o moduli che ci inviano dati: i pulsanti di contatto aprono la tua app di posta o WhatsApp. Non usiamo cookie di analisi, pubblicità o profilazione.

Il sito è ospitato da Cloudflare, che tratta dati tecnici come indirizzo IP, browser e pagine richieste, per far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo da abusi.

Quando cerchi delle date, le date e il numero di ospiti vengono inviati al nostro server e al motore di prenotazione Hostaway per mostrarti le case libere e il prezzo. Non li conserviamo.

Quando ci scrivi

Se ci scrivi via email o WhatsApp (servizio di WhatsApp Ireland, gruppo Meta), usiamo nome, contatti e messaggio per risponderti e, se prenoti, per organizzare il soggiorno. Li conserviamo per il tempo necessario e per quello previsto dalla legge.

Quando prenoti

Prenotazione e pagamento si completano sul nostro sito di prenotazione gestito da Hostaway, con pagamenti elaborati da Stripe. I dati inseriti servono a confermare e gestire la prenotazione, a emettere le ricevute e, come prevede la legge italiana, a comunicare gli ospiti alla Questura prima dell'arrivo e ad applicare la tassa di soggiorno.

Contenuti di altri fornitori

Alcune parti delle pagine sono caricate da altri fornitori, che ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP per poterle inviare: i caratteri da Google Fonts, la mappa da OpenStreetMap, il calendario da Hostaway, icone e librerie da jsDelivr e cdnjs. Servono solo a mostrare la pagina.

Alcuni di questi fornitori, e Cloudflare, possono trattare dati fuori dall'Unione europea, sulla base del Data Privacy Framework UE-USA o delle clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.

Questo sito non usa cookie per tracciarti o profilarti, per questo non chiede il consenso. Il nostro sito di prenotazione può usare i cookie tecnici necessari a completare la prenotazione.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica o cancellazione dei dati, la limitazione o l'opposizione al trattamento e la portabilità, scrivendo a booking@hostalia.it. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
