Good to know

Clear answers,
before you ask.

Where are the homes?

In Testaccio, Rome. Each home's page shows it on the map, and the exact address comes with your booking.

How is it different from a hotel?

You have a whole apartment: a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and rooms to live in rather than just to sleep in. The care is what you would expect from a good hotel: we welcome you in person, look after your bags and answer your messages ourselves.

Does every home have a private terrace?

Yes. Every home has its own furnished terrace.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. With Stay & Relax, early check-in and late check-out are free whenever the calendar allows.

How do I get there from the airport?

We can book a private transfer from Fiumicino or Ciampino for you, or you can take a taxi. From Termini station, bus 170 brings you to Testaccio with no changes.

Is cleaning included on longer stays?

Yes. On stays of more than seven nights, a full clean of the home and fresh linen are included once a week. During your stay you can book more cleans and linen changes, as often as you like, for a fee.

Can I stay for a month or longer?

Yes, from one month to a year, in the same homes. Utilities and weekly cleaning are included. Stays of more than 30 nights are not booked online: write to us and we will suggest a home and the terms.
